- Our membership is NOT a dental insurance plan.
- It’s non-transferable
- It cannot be combined with any other dental insurance coverage or promotions.
- It’s only good for Dental Team. Therefore, if you are referred to a specialist they will not honor this discount
- Non-refundable if the patient chooses not to use their discount plan.
- For orthodontic treatment, the participant must remain a plan participant for the entire duration.
- Discounts under your membership do not apply to any treatment before joining.
